We get in touch
Usually the same business day, to confirm what you need and arrange a time that suits. For straightforward stumps we can sometimes quote without visiting.
We come and look
About twenty minutes. We assess the tree, the access, what sits underneath, and check whether the property carries any scheduling or overlay.
You get it in writing
Trees identified, method stated, stump treatment and disposal spelled out, and any third-party costs itemised separately. Usually back with you within a day.
You decide, with no pressure
Quotes hold for 30 days. If you want to compare, compare — just make sure you are comparing the same scope, not just the headline number.
Good to know
- The assessment is genuinely free — there is no call-out fee and no obligation.
- You do not need to be home for the assessment if we can get to the tree. Tell us on the form.
- Multiple trees price better. If a whole boundary needs doing eventually, quote it all at once.
- Include the stump now. Booking it later means a second mobilisation and a higher price.
